In the Map Layers window, within the Active tab, if we have our datum layer, route layer and node layer all at the top, then start an edit session, that Network group will be at the bottom where you select a layer to edit. If one of our assets, which is in an asset group, is at the top, then the Network group will be at the top when you select a layer to edit. The order of the spatial layers in spatial edits window to select a layer to edit should not be dependent on the order of our layers in the map layers window.
